Platex Records is an independent label from Groningen, the Netherlands. Founded in 2004 by sound engineer and musician Bert Hadders, Platex Records has since published an avalanche of musical gems by local and international bands and musicians. Some full length albums were released, but mostly we were drip-feeding the fans one song at a time, through the PlatexRecords.com website. Because almost every band has at least one decent song, and it’s our job to find it.

And now, after enjoying some well-earned time off  from 2006 to 2011, Platex Records™ is back in business! Bert Hadders is too tied up being a huge rockstar to run the company, so now I get to do his dirty work as a record company boss. Oh well.

I think I’ll manage.
